In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use the color mixer in CoffeeCup Website Color Schemer. This tool allows you to mix colors to help create the exact hue you're looking for. You can select one or multiple colors from the mixer to include in your color scheme.

Using the Color Picker
This video will show you how to use the color picker tool in CoffeeCup Website Color Schemer. To access it, switch to the Color Picker tab and use the slider on the side to adjust the color range in the main workspace. You can then choose any color you like and drag them to your color scheme list. When you have finished choosing colors, save your project.

Using Color Capture
This video will show you how to use the Capture Color tool in CoffeeCup Website Color Schemer. Clicking the Eyedropper button in the Toolbar opens the Capture Color tool. Color Schemer will minimize, and you will be allowed to select any color from your screen.

Previewing the Color Scheme
This tutorial will show you how to preview a color scheme created in CoffeeCup Website Color Schemer within the program. First, click the Preview button in the Toolbar. You can then drag and drop colors from the Color Scheme list to the preview window. Once you're happy with your scheme, save it and open your preferred HTML editor. This tutorial uses CoffeeCup HTML Editor. Navigate to the File menu and select Open, then browse your computer for your Color Schemer file. You can then edit the page normally.

Import Colors From Images
This tutorial will show you how to select colors from an image. First, click the Picture button in the Toolbar to open the Photo Color Schemer. You can then browse your computer for the desired image. You can then select up to 10 colors from the picture or use the Randomize tool to select 10 colors at random. Click Add to Scheme to add the selected colors to the Color Scheme list.

Adjusting Color Settings
This video will show you how to adjust your color settings in CoffeeCup Website Color Schemer. First, select a color and drag it to the right-hand side of the program. This will allow you to adjust its RGB settings, increase or decrease its saturation, and lighten or darken the color. These options are also available under the Adjust menu. You may choose to view analogous, complementary, split complementary, tetradic, and triadic colors to the selected color. To add these to your scheme, drag them to the Color Scheme list. There are additional adjustment options under the Schemer menu, including copy, edit, rename, delete color, make color Web safe, and set color as a base. Selecting Edit Color opens a window giving you the option to make a color Web safe, and to saturate, desaturate, lighten, or darken it.

Exporting Colors
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to export a color scheme created in CoffeeCup Website Color Schemer. Navigate to the File menu and select Export. In the window that appears, you can choose to export your color scheme, history, and wheel, as well as your Website colors. The next step is to choose the file type you're exporting your scheme to. Next, choose the file you're exporting to. You will then be prompted to browse your computer for the desired Color Schemer file you'd like to export.
